I use it every night as prevention — not a single rash since

I started using a thin layer at every night change after my daughter had a bad rash at 6 weeks. She is now 4 months old and has not had a single rash since. Prevention is so much easier than treatment. The texture is lovely — spreads easily without tugging sensitive skin.

Good cream but strong neem smell

Works well on rashes — I saw improvement within 2 days. The only thing I will mention is the neem smell is quite strong. Not unpleasant if you like natural smells, but it is noticeable. If you are sensitive to smells it might take getting used to. The effectiveness more than makes up for it.

Cleared a stubborn rash in 2 days flat

My 3-month-old had a rash that just would not clear with any other cream. Switched to Bye-Bye Bum on a Tuesday and by Thursday evening it was almost completely gone. By Friday — clear skin.
