At Turyya, we take great care in packaging and dispatching every order. This policy explains our shipping timelines, what happens if something goes wrong, and how we handle damaged products.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1โ€“2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Timelines

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Metro citiesย (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune): 2โ€“4 business days
  • Other cities and towns:ย 4โ€“7 business days
  • Remote areas and North-East India:ย 7โ€“10 business days

These are estimates and may vary during high-demand periods, public holidays, or due to courier delays beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Orders above โ‚น999:ย Free shipping
  • Orders below โ‚น999:ย Flat shipping fee applied at checkout

Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown clearly at checkout before payment.

4. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can also contact us atย care@turyya.comย with your order number for a status update at any time.

5. Our Return Policy

Turyya does not accept returns. All sales are final.

All our products are handmade in small batches and carefully quality-checked before dispatch. Because of the personal care nature of our products โ€” applied to babies and children โ€” we are unable to accept returns once a product has been delivered.

We strongly encourage you to review all product details, ingredients, and descriptions before placing your order. If you have questions before purchasing, please write to us atย care@turyya.comย or message us on WhatsApp โ€” we are happy to help you make the right choice.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

We take full responsibility if a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. If this happens:

  • Email us atย care@turyya.comย withinย 48 hoursย of receiving your order
  • Include your order number and clear photographs of the damage or defect
  • We will arrange aย free replacementย โ€” no return required
Damaged product? Email care@turyya.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace it immediately.

7. Wrong Item Delivered

If you receive an incorrect item, please emailย care@turyya.comย within 48 hours with your order number and a photograph. We will dispatch the correct item at no charge.

8. Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, contact us within 72 hours atย care@turyya.com. We will investigate with the courier and resolve it as quickly as possible.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges will apply.

9. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled withinย 12 hours of placement, before processing for dispatch. Emailย care@turyya.comย immediately with your order number. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled.
