Welcome to Turyya. By accessing turyya.com or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
1. About Us
Turyya is a boutique baby care brand selling handcrafted, Ayurvedic, and AYUSH-certified products, based in India. For enquiries: care@turyya.com.
2. Products
We make every effort to describe our products accurately. We do not warrant that descriptions are complete or error-free. If a product is materially different from what is described, please contact care@turyya.com.
Colours may vary slightly due to photography and screen settings — this does not constitute a defect.
Our products are intended for use as described on their product pages. Please read all instructions, ingredients, and age recommendations before use. If your child has known allergies or skin sensitivities, consult a paediatrician before use.
3. Orders & Pricing
By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, the information you have provided is accurate, and you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If we cancel a confirmed order, a full refund will be issued.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice but will not affect confirmed orders.
4. Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. All processing is handled securely by Shopify Payments or Razorpay. Turyya does not store your card information.
5. Shipping

6. Returns & Refunds
If your product arrives damaged or defective, email care@turyya.com within 48 hours with your order number and photos. We will arrange a free replacement. See our Shipping & Refund Policy for full details.
7. Discount Codes & Offers
Promotional codes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to withdraw or modify offers at any time without notice.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on turyya.com — including text, images, logos, product names, and brand identity — is the intellectual property of Turyya and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our prior written consent. You may share our content on social media for personal, non-commercial purposes with appropriate credit to Turyya.
9. User Conduct
When using our website, you agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to access areas not intended for public use
- Transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content
- Scrape or data-mine our website without written permission
10. Reviews & User Content
By submitting a review, photo, voice note, or any other content to Turyya — via our website, email, WhatsApp, or social media — you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, and share that content for marketing and commercial purposes, with or without attribution. We reserve the right to remove content that is abusive, false, or irrelevant.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Turyya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website. Our maximum liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.
Turyya products are used at the purchaser's discretion. We recommend consulting a paediatrician if your child has any known health conditions or sensitivities.
12. Third-Party Services
Our website uses third-party services including Shopify (e-commerce), Razorpay (payments), Judge.me (reviews), and Google Analytics (analytics). Your use of our site is also subject to the terms of these providers. We are not responsible for their practices or policies.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
