How to use Snuggle at every stage

Third trimester — between-knee support
Place Snuggle between your knees while side-sleeping with the long end running the full length of your body. This keeps the pelvis level and the spine neutral — the single most effective position for third-trimester sleep.

Nursing support
Curl Snuggle in a U-shape around your waist while seated, with the baby resting on the pillow at breast height. This takes the weight of the baby off your arms and keeps your back upright throughout the feed.

Newborn nesting (supervised only)
Shape Snuggle into a C or U around baby on a flat, firm surface during supervised awake time. The gentle enclosure calms the startle reflex and provides the snug sensation newborns find most comforting.

Tummy time prop

The outer cotton cover is removable and machine washable at 30°C on a gentle cycle. Remove before washing.

The inner Kapok fill does not need regular washing. Air it in indirect sunlight every few weeks to maintain freshness and loft. Spot clean only if needed.

Reshape after each wash
After washing the cover, shake and reshape the inner pillow while the cover is drying. This maintains the fill distribution and prevents any clumping.
